In Plain English

What this Article actually means

This Article lets Parliament create a dedicated authority to help enforce and give practical effect to the free-trade guarantees and their exceptions across Articles 301-304 — essentially an enabling provision for institutional machinery, if Parliament decides one is needed.
Why This Matters To You

How it shows up in everyday life

In practice, Parliament has not established a dedicated standalone authority under this specific Article — India's internal trade issues are more commonly addressed through the ordinary court system (via Article 301 litigation) and general regulatory bodies rather than a specialised body created under this particular provision.
